ha...welcome Larry ! Yes, Z/28's are quite desirable, regardless of engine originality and/or condition. Of course w/o the engine they may be more difficult to prove their authenticity. Tell us more about the car. How 'bout the transmission and rear axle ? What's the cowl tag Camaro VIN, Cowl Tag, and other Numbers Decoding say ?
Pictures would be good as cowl tags and drivetrain stamps are commonly reproduced or changed ....a result of Z/28 desirability !
Just a side note: (Hijack) Because of the tendency to mispell Camaro, my listings for color wiring diagrams have the additional term "Camero" in the title just to cover all possible searches!
