Need torque specification

I cant find the torque specification for the nut that goes on the spindal and pretty much holds the rotor in place.

If you are talking about the wheel bearing pre-load, torque the spindle nut to 12 ft lbs. If the cotter pin lines up , install it. If it doesn't, back the nut off until it it does.
