front leaf spring bracket bolt position

Should the bolt that mounts the leaf to the bracket have the head of the bolt facing the out side with the nut and washer on the inside facing under the car? thanks Steve

No, the bolthead goes on the inside, nut and washer outside.

Thats how my stock leafs came out and new ones went in.
