Question Sleeves for power steering hose 1967,68,69

Does anyone know if the sleeves for the power steering hoses on the first gens. are available
Does anyone have any measurements such as length, I.D., O.D., thickness of the rubber sleeve, so that I can make some sleeves
Does anyone have an extra pair they would like to part with, ( need in good condition)
Any help appreciated

I don't know if they are available, don't think so.
I think there is only one tho, on the return hose where it wraps around under the motor mount.

I have just the one, it is oiginal. It's a high density foam, maybe an inach and a quarter in diameter, about 6" long.

Jim, thanks for the reply.
Have been doing some research and if you look at the Assembly Manuals 67 page 370 and 374, 68 page 374, 69 page 405 you will see the correct installation.

Thanks

if you are not looking for orig stuff, go to parts store & ask for plastic tubing for wire protection that has slit full length. just cut to length
& split open & wrap around hose. just did mine. looks & works great.

Just an idea. Lowes home improvement has pipe insulation made by rubatex (item#21364) that is for 1/2" pipe. If its I.D. is too large you could cut it a long the length of it to make is smaller and use rubber cement to glue it together. It say heat range -40 to 100 but Ive used it on mine and havent had any problems with it.

You cant win an argument with an ignorant person.
