Moroso Trick Spring Question

I have a pair of springs that I was told were Moroso trick springs.

They appear to be full length and unmolested in any way.

How can I tell if they are indeed Moroso trick springs?

I am not going to use them and thought maybe I could sell them.

What are they leaf spring, coil spring, or valve springs. Picture would help to.

Re: Moroso Trick Spring Question

If they are Moroso springs they will either have a painted color stripe down the length of them or on the ground end of the spring they will be stamped with the 5 digit p/n.

Here are the pics. I painted them cast gray.
I will look for part numbers. Let me know if you see anything from the pics.

Re: Moroso Trick Spring Question

Couldn't find any stampings.

Oh well, I guess they will sit somewhere till I get tired of looking at them.

Any other ideas?

Re: Moroso Trick Spring Question

Hi Skip,

I guess I could advertise them as small block Moroso trick springs, thats what I was told they are. Not even sure what they are worth.

I don't want any one thinking that I am advertising them as something that they are not.

Re: Moroso Trick Spring Question

I have had them since the mid 90's.

They were painted by the time I acquired them.

Re: Moroso Trick Spring Question

I called Moroso but it is inconclusive.

The overall length is 18" and the overall diameter is 5 1/8". The wire diameter is 9/16" and there are 11 coils.

Anyone have trick springs to compare against?
