Cost Vs quality

Hi all,

Is there really that big a difference??

I'm trying to figure out which way to go. I've checked prices for front end suspension parts at various companies:

Ground-Up: (DIX69 @ $239, excl sway bar links), I've checked NPD's set (C-6200-2A @ $299.95) and a similar set from Year One (D867 @ $455).
There is quiet a lot of money separating the companies, but according to my understanding - it's all the same parts (apart from the sway bar links at Ground-Up)! Or am I missing something here? Is there a fine print somewhere I should've read?

Who has tried? What's the best way to go? The difference in cost between Year One & NPD will pay for coils with a 1" drop

Thanks for your input

Re: Cost Vs quality

With chassis/suspension products, there can indeed be a BIG difference. Many different manufacturers exist, most off-shore, and some domestic U.S.-made... You need to ask each supplier what the contents of their kits are comprised of.

The NPD kits are primarily McQuay-Norris, U.S.-made.
