Rear Drum Kit - C Clips and Rubber bumpers?

Where do these go on the install of the rear drum kits? I have the dreaded left over spare parts laying on the floor.

If I understand what you have the C-clips are not on a first gen with standard size drums. They hold the lever for the emergency brake in on some larger drum systems. The rubber bumpers are actually plugs to fill the hole for the brake adjustment in the backing plate or drum.
