Off the shelf lowering leafs

What is the lowest off the shelf leafs?
I have a multi leaf original 1968 very saggy. Staggered shocks but not sure if this matters. But I like the current height.
Hotchkiss 3" lowering looks a little pricey.

Dr classic has kits for $150's but not sure if they would raise my car back up 3". There is a sticky on this but it lacks pics and info on height from center axle to fender lip.

If you have new multileaf springs with a cheap kit and measurements from center axle or pics it would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!!!!
