Springs?

I have a 68' Camaro with 350Hp a B&M 350 Transmission. I have a 8.2 10 bolt posi rear end coming from Gear head Fred (i hope) with 3.55 gears. I just received my Hotchkis subframe connectors today. It has a mono leaf spring on it now, what type of spring should i put in it to make sure i have no problems with tearing it out? Any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks!!!

Re: Springs?

The monos should be fine but you may want to look into some traction bars (Caltracs).
