Going to a Big block from a 6 Cylinder in a 68 Camaro

I and going to put a 396 big block in my 68 Camaro convertible that currently has a 6 cylinder. Can anyone tell me what I will need to do to the suspension to hold the additional weight.
I think I will need to change the springs but what else will I need to do.
Please write to this thread.

Thank you so much for the response, Today was nice enough to work on the car. I put the new spoiler on and I'm going after the rust. When I take the front clip off I'm going to purchase the needed parts for the big block. Hopefully in a couple of months.
