Help on control arm mounting

Probably impossable without looking but I have a 68 Camaro drag car that I am changing the top control arms with tublar the problem is the welds on the top mount look like someone has welded them in the new control arms add 6 deg caster and am worried someone has already moved these mounts this would give me too much caster can anyone tell me how to measure or check these to see if they are in the stock location. Thanks

Looks like the factory location to me too. Here's one of mine.....
The factory wasn't trying to be all pretty and neat when they welded these crates together 40+ years ago.

The mount you pictured has had the guldstrand mod performed on it.

Re: Help on control arm mounting

How does this effect alignment . As I said I am putting on Global West drag control arms that add 6 Deg. caster . how does this mod effect these?

It was the picture Joe posted that has the Guldstrand Mod done. Yours appears to be unmodified.
