67 Plain Jane Steering Wheel Help!

I have 67 that at sometime had its steering wheel replaced with a Grant one.
I'd like to switch it back to the original black standard one, but don't know what I need to complete the swap. I've looked around on line and found that I can just get the wheel, but will also need all the horn related components to make the horn work.
I've seen kits for the walnut finished wheels that have just about everything you need, but no kit for the standard wheel.
Also, ahould the turn signals cancel automatically as the wheel is straightened out after making a turn? Mine doesn't. Think its just the cancellation cam in the column?
Thanks in advance!
John

Re: 67 Plain Jane Steering Wheel Help!

Hey John, digging up an old post here. I finally am getting around to replacing this wheel, and ordered a "standard" steering wheel from Classic Industries. What I got was a black wheel along with some type of chrome overlay that covers the 3 spokes. At the 9 and 3 o'clock positions, are little rectangular slots that look like horn buttons would go.

Bottom line, it's not the wheel I'm looking for. The picture in the catalog and what I got are 2 different things. The link you provided me to Ricks is for a deluxe steering wheel. I have a plane I6 car, with a standard interior and would like to put the standard wheel in with black spokes and the "camaro" horn button.

I checked out camaros.org and it seems that they made 4 different wheels that year making this even more confusing!! According to the site, I have a correct wheel for one of the 4 styles.

Any help would be appreciated, from you or anyone!
