Steering wheel hub

I am trying to replace the cheap steering wheel that my 68 came with. I was wanting to use this part. http://www.ss396.com/mm5/merchant.mv...=STEERINGWHEEL

My question is about the hub. I called the guys at Rick's and they said I do not need a hub. However the guys at SS396 said I needed this to mount the wheel http://www.ss396.com/mm5/merchant.mv...ct_Code=IK-062

What do you guys think? Hub needed or not?
