Auto brake pedal swap question

I am swapping the brake pedal to an automatic style. I have the pedal and the bushings, do I need a different pivot pin or can I reuse the manual trans one. I see ricks lists a pin for auto but not for manual.
thanks

Re: auto brake pedal swap question

The clutch pedal has the shaft built into it. If you're getting rid of the clutch pedal you need to buy the shaft for the AT style brake pedal. I'm pretty sure the retaining clip is the same for both, but double check. If you currently have the small brake pedal and no clutch pedal, it likely is using the shaft for the automatic pedal already.

Re: auto brake pedal swap question

thanks, Al, it has the clutch pedal too. it used to be 3 on the tree. I guess I will order the one from rick's.

edit: ricks wanted $17 for the pin and $12 to ship it . luckily (i guess) they hadn't shipped something from a previous order that was on backorder so the guy said he would throw it in that box next week when it goes out and there would be no extra shipping.
