if your new arms will drop in without modifying the upper arm mounting points, its worth the effort. if you have to hack a bunch of stuff off, its up you. You'll get an addtl minimal amount of neg camber gain in bump. Probably more beneficial with stock height springs etc. i dropped the CPP tube a arms in the G mod with no modifications at all.
