Guldstrand mod with aftermarket tubular control arms?

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out if Guldstrand mod should be done with aftermarket control arms or control arm geometry has been improved and there is no need for the mod. Thanks

Re: Guldstrand mod with aftermarket tubular control arms?

if your new arms will drop in without modifying the upper arm mounting points, its worth the effort. if you have to hack a bunch of stuff off, its up you. You'll get an addtl minimal amount of neg camber gain in bump. Probably more beneficial with stock height springs etc. i dropped the CPP tube a arms in the G mod with no modifications at all.

The after market control arms may add camber, but do nothing for you other wise.
Doing the g-mod with aftermarket arms is usually easier than with stock ones because you don't have to chop down the top of the mounts.
Run a search on the g mod and tubular control arms, should find a lot of good reading.
