Rag joint removal

Can anyone walk me through the correct procedure for removing and installing the rag joint on a 69.

Here's the first step, loosen the bolts that hold the steering column inside the car (6 total) that will give you some room. Push the column back, and you should have plenty of room in the engine compartment.
