P/s march ?

HI everyone I was wondering who is running the MARCH serp.systems and how they get the p/s belt tight ? There are no adj.other than pulling up on pump by hand and that's not enough as the belt slips when I get on the gas hard !

Re: P/s march ?

Those serpentine systems with no tensioner are a pain, aren't they? Especially since a serpentine requires more tension than a v belt. I've got a March style mount for the ps pump but with a v belt and have found that you pretty much just have to use a jack handle or really long screwdriver to get between the pump and waterpump so you can pry it. It may actually be easier to go in from the bottom with your lever and let someone else tighten the bolts from the top. I can actually get mine tight enough by hand but of course it's a v belt.
