Leaf Spring Eye Brackets

I'm looking into doing a swap on my '68 convertible from the original rear/mono leaf set up to an 8.5 rear that uses with multi leafs.

Will I need to replace my exisiting new spring eye brackets?

In other words, were there different brackets used up front depending on if you had mono or multi leaf springs??

Thanks

Dan

Check them for rust or cracks. Other than that, you should be good to go.

Re: Leaf Spring Eye Brackets

Thanks!

Hoping to get another original set so I can get them powder coated and still drive the car. I'd like to the swap in a day or two.

If anyone has an original set they'd like to part with....
