New Rear Leaf Springs Paint Em?

Hey Gang,
I'm finally putting in my freshly painted rear end in with new JCW 3 leafs. Everything underneath is POR 15 painted. Any suggestions on the springs? Paint them? Leave them alone? What color and type of paint. Any point of view is welcome. I just don't want rusty springs when everything else is nice! I will drive it daily but no snow! Thanx

I have not painted mine yet. I power washed them off and gott all that protective coating off. I'll use the undercariage black spray bomb on mine.

Hey Jim.
I left mine unpainted with the factory oily stuff on them. I haven't been in any "weather" with it yet, though so I can't say if they'll rust.

I cleaned mine and sprayed them with cast blast. A little light, but better than black

I used the "hammered" grey on mine. Turned out nice.

Basic medium black for me since mine will be driven also. It might see dirt roads and will see rain and possibly snow. I wanted something easy to clean and touch up when needed.

Please note that those colors are my choice and not what they would noramally do for a correct resto. They do great work
