Leaf spring bushings? Need help

HELLO GUYS, I put new leaf spring bushings on my 69, How tight should I make the bolts on rear shackles? I tighted them up buck bushing are squeezing out or mushed. It looks like they should not be that tight? thanks in advance

Factory shackle bolts have a shoulder to prevent over compression of the rear bushings. Poly bushing kits have a steel sleeve inside to do the same. I don't have the spec, but a 1/2" bolt should be tightened to around 75 ft lbs I think.
