67 camaro front disc caliper

which way should the calipers be on a 67 camaro front disc, bleeder towards the top or should it be towards the bottom, not sure, and its been 4 or5 yrs since I took them off !!! I've got the drivers side on now and the bleeder is towards the top,and that caliper has the bigger hard line thread size than the other caliper ( The thread size that screws into the caliper )

Bleeders go on the top.

Re: 67 camaro front disc caliper

Yes on top. If your converted from drum to single piston disc and using different parts you want calipers from a 69 Camaro, one from a chevelle will put the brake line at a odd angle.

Re: 67 camaro front disc caliper

These are factory disc off my rs/ss!! I sent the master, prop valve, calipers to lonstar and had them all redone, man they look nice!!!! But its been a long time that I took them off ( doing a frame off resto ) So the driver side caliper should have the bigger threaded hole that the hard line screws into ????
