1" Lowering Block Clearance Question - Pic

Hi all. After putting my new front springs in, the rear is a little high. I thought that I'd pop some 1" lowering blocks in until I have the money for some Hotchkis lowering springs or I might decide to de-arch the ones that I have. For some reason, I've always been missing a U-bolt on the outside of the traction bar perch, which I will also address. There have been bolts, just no U-bolts.

That said, based on the attached picture, does it look like I'll have enough clearance where the 1" drop won't collide with the inner wheel or weight? It appears that it will clear but it will be close. With it being close, I'm wondering if there will be any potential issues of scraping when driving over road imperfections.
