Ball Joint Rivet Installation

I expect this is somewhere, but I haven't found a thread. How do I properly install the rivets in a new ball joint? Thanks

Re: Ball Joint Rivet Installation

You mean your replacement ball joints came with rivets and not nuts and bolts?

Re: Ball Joint Rivet Installation

They came with bolts in the box but with a rivet kit for a couple bucks extra.

Re: Ball Joint Rivet Installation

I think after drilling/cutting the rivets to get the old ones out, most folks use the bolts to make it that much easier next time they need to be changed.

That's the route I took.
