Lowering and suspension

I want to lower my 69 down, to get a lower look. I understand this will give me better handling
and less body roll. Im resto moding the car so being stock is not a problem. Can anybody give me an outline on the things I have to do. I want to run 17 inch wheels and dont want any body rubbing.
So, Im open to any suggestions. I want to get this accomplished as I put the car back together, so I dont have to tear apart twice.

Re: Lowering and suspension

Also, a pic of your car if you did this would also be helpful.
