Tall spindle No drop

Hi There!

Im looking for some new Spindles for my 67.

No drop

I saw L&H Kustoms had some tall with no drop!
ATS has 7/8 drop and uses Corvette hub!

I alreaddy have Wilwood disc on Stock spindle with Proforged 0,9" xtra tall upper.

But i read in here they have found cracks in stock! (Dont wanna loose a wheel)

L&H Kustoms Webpage is down!
Are they out of business?

Is there something similar out there

Re: Tall spindle No drop

Have your stock spindles magnifluxed, they might be OK.
The L&H spindles are Billet Aluminum. I worry about their strength since they are not forged. I am not sure they are still being produced.

I'm not aware of any other non-dropped tall spindles, but you can buy tall upper ball joints to improve geometry of stock height spindles. There are many sources for stock spindles.

The ATS/Speedtech spindles are good. Steering arm to wheel clearence is an issue if you use 18" or smaller wheels wider than 8". Larger rims clear wider wheels depending on what length steering arm your car has. The corvette unit bearing has less deflection & less pad knock back issues when used with a 6 piston caliper.

Ride tech sells a 2" drop tall spindle with their Tru Turn steering linkage that works great.

Check my web page for First Gen Camaro suspension info:

Re: Tall spindle No drop

Thanks

Alreaddy have ProForged 0,9" extra UBJ ( i will post some numbers later on Cambergain)

And om using Unisteer R&P, so im using there steering arms!
Dont think the RideTech stuff will work out of the box!

Probably go for Magnafluxing then!
