Question

Hi David,
I was checking your website out and when I saw the master cyl at the top and it said it was for p/drum not p/disc. It got me wondering what my new one is for, from parts house. I think it's a Cardone It's for my 67 that I'm putting Fnt discs on. Let me know if you think it's the one for power disc. Thanks

If you need another view or a number let me know.

That is not a "proper" replacement MC. It may work but looks different than an origonal master cyl for a Camaro.
Yours looks more like a Ford Master cyl, mainly from the looks of the cover.

if it has a bigger resevoir for the front brakes- like yours does- it is for disc brakes. if both are the same size, it's for drums.

you don't plan sincerity.
you have to make it up on the spot.

wanna hear about 20 years ago when i was too smart to know any better?

Unhappy

David,
Now I'm not sure what to do. The parts man says it is for my car and is p/disc. Below is more pics.

Nova,
Glad you think it's p/disc. Yes the front res is larger.

Thanks guys

Does it say Kelsey Hayes anywhere on it?
The origonals were Delco Morane.

This one will probably work, just look slightly different.

I think what David is saying is that the APPEARANCE is different. That master may work on your car and may be what your parts guy refers to as a replacemant but if you're going for originality, that master is incorrct.

Panther,
I see what you're saying. I'm not thrilled that it's not correct but it didn't cost me $100 either so if it's functional I'll use it. Thanks

Dave,
I forgot to look at name I'll get it tomorrow.
