Detroit Speed came out with a kit that converts the stock first generation camaro to a true coil over setup and some other products.

What does it do? The explanation is a little brief as far as benefits are concerned

the benefits are that you can adjust your ride height easily with a spanner wrench from under the car, and a spring swap is as easy as a shock swap. plus, i'm pretty sure there is less unsprung weight, which is a good thing.
