I almost hate to ask this because I have seen so many posts on a related topic, but I am one day away from putting Hotchkis leafs onto my multi leaf car. I have read all the posts on the mono to Hotchkis conversion, but none on the multi swap. Of course, this concerns the pads.
The supplied pads have a small brass cylinder insert that is removable. At first glance, it looks like it is too small to recieve the bolt that holds the leafs together, so I was considering removing it for the installation. Doesn't look like there was anything like that in the original rubber pads.
Help me out, who has experience with the multi leaf swap, and what did you end up doing with the pads?
