67,69 steering Column?

Hi All, I bought a steering column that was supposed to be for a 67 Camaro floor shifter non tilt but the wiring looks like its for a 69 Camaro. The wiring plug is long and straight not curved ( sorry I don't have picture right now). Can I just switch out the wiring harness from my old parts? Also it does NOT have the ignition switch on the column which I thought all 69's had? Thanks for any advise you have. This is not mine it but am I missing an adapter? please say yes!

Re: 67,69 steering Column?

Rob, If yours looks like the one pictured chances are it
has a newer style turn signal switch and yes you would
need an adapter like this one.

Yes, 69 has the switch on the column.
