Disc brakes hard pedal

I have a 68 camaro with wilwood discbrakes on all 4 wheels. I also have i 8" booster. The car is fresly restored/built and has only 50 miles since that. First the brakes worked very good but now suddenly the pedal has becomed hard and i have to use a mutch more force to push it down. Any tips on what has happend?
