DSE lower shock plate question

I did a mono to multi leaf conversion last year and used the stock mono shock plate. I am getting ready to install new shocks. I bought the DSE multi leaf shock plates along with new multi leaf shocks. My question is, has anybody reused the emergency brake cable support from the stock shock plate? Did you just leave them off?

Re: DSE lower shock plate question

I did the same conversion and used these parking brake cable brackets.

X2 - use 2 of those. Mono plate pass side bracket was riveted to the plate. Would look like **** if you just let the cables hang

Re: DSE lower shock plate question

Thank you for the link, I ordered two of those. Did you drill holes in the new DSE plates and bolt them up?
