69 camaro ride drop...help

I am restoring my 69 camaro and was wondering the best way to go for ride drop. I am converting to front disk brakes and can get 2in drop spindles with kit for 50$ more. I was going to go with the 3 in hotchkins drop leaf spring kit in the rear. Looking for a lower level stance. Would this be a good decision? I have read some forums on here about drop spindles but the forums I seen were 10 yrs ago and suggested better to go with drop springs. Has there improvements on drop spindles? I will be running 17/18 inch rims. Any thoughts on this set up.? Thanks for input.

Re: 69 camaro ride drop...help

Do not do dropped spindles unless you enjoy bump steer.

Go with a 2" drop spring like Hotchkis. Same with rear

Re: 69 camaro ride drop...help

2" lowering springs in the front and 3" lowering springs in the rear. I had that set up before I went to coil overs and it worked great. Had 18" wheels.
