Steering column rebuild

To my great surprise my eldest fit in the car today with some rigging. With the seat back 2 to 3 inches a tilt isnt necessary. Now its time to get into the original column....any pointers? There doesnt appear to be a kit. I have the flasher knob, turn signal lever, and turn signal switch already.
Thanks

Re: Steering column rebuild

Buy the upgraded lower bearing. Column rebuilding is not difficult and basically self-explanatory. More here: Jim Shea?s Steering Papers
