What rag joint do I use for tilt and IROC box?

I made the IROC box conversion a while ago using my standard 68 GM column. I had to track down a rag joint to fit. Now I want to convert to a tilt column.
Can I use the same rag joint? Is there a different one I should use?

The joint its self you can still use if its good. Look at it closely. You will have to get a adapter for the column though. That. Takes place of the firewall side of the your old rag joint, the part that the column part goes through. I think its like $50.00.
