steering wheel

is the steering wheel supposed to have a wobble when spinning?
i have a new remanufactured tilt steering column from ground up with a new comfort grip 3 spoke wheel.

my old column and wheel did the same thing.

i held the whole column up unlocked it with the key and spun it by hand. the hub and everything else spun true.

i just want to make real sure that this is ok or should i try to fix the wheel

thanks

Re: steering wheel

So the column is true, and the wheel is not ?

I have a GM tilt column but an aftermarket wheel, no wobbles.
