Steering Wheel/Horn Align

Went to install a wood wheel and the spring shaft/horn spring is at 2 O'clock instead of 10 O'clock. The main wheel attachment shaft "mark" is correct a 12 O'clock. Never had this before. Question how to correct this without screwing up the steering and alignment?

John, is there a special tool to take the metal retainer off to rotate the plastic piece?

Re: Steering Wheel/Horn Align

The hole in my aftermarket wood wheel on my firebird was also at 2:00. It was on the car when I bought it and the signals did not cancel properly. I drilled a new hole in the wheel. Signals work perfectly.
