98-02 f body brake question

I know this has been a common swap. I have the brakes installed along with my new booster and Mc. Also have the flex hoses from Tobin at kore3 installed. What are guys using as far and lines and prop valve. Inline tube and the right stuff both said all there lines are factory style for either there prop valve or the factory one.

Re: 98-02 f body brake question

I used the 4-wheel disc 1" bore master cylinder from a same era Corvette and the stock distribution block/ proportioning valve to route the lines. You don't need the inline adjustable pressure valve.

What's confusing is people calling the distributing block a proportioning valve. But maybe it does first direct the flow to the front.

How Master Cylinders and Proportioning Valves Work

So you think I would be fine with a stock style kit with the prop valve that they supply

Re: 98-02 f body brake question

I believe that functional it will be okay. But those valves they provide are ugly. Just my humble opinion.
