Brake Pedal Adjustment

I have a 69 Camaro SS with PDB on all four corners and noticed that the brake pedal does not fully release/disengage, resulting in brake drag. It will release when I put my foot under the brake pedal and pull up, although looking to fix this.

Would greatly appreciate if you guys could provide a step by step on how best to correct this.

Thank you all......

You may have something binding up on the brake lever assembly. I would check the plastic bushings. Second i would check booster rod to see if its bent.
Third i would install a return spring
