Anyone have an idea what this bracket is? I looked in the AIM and a few parts books with no luck.


68 Z/28
383, M-20, 8.5 w/ 3.73's

I have a 69. It does not fit a 69 I'm sure of. It is a bumper bracket. Doesn't look like its for a Camaro though.

I agree. My 68 has been fully apart and I don't remember anything like that.

I've got a 67 and it sure doesn't look like anything I recall. Seems to me most
similar style (formed) brackets used in the 60's the attached nuts would be square.
Check the nut threads for size. They might be metric.

Thanks everyone. It was in the boxes of parts that came with my 68 but I could never figure out where it went. Good to know it isnt anything major that I am missing.
