Two things here!
First, loosen everything in the front while your car's frontend is up in the air and then put it on the ground and retighten! (All bushings, S/B ends, etc.)., b/c they can hold a car up if tightened in the air!
Second, maybe your springs aren't seated properly up top? This will cause the same thing! BUT most times if you drive it, they will clunk/bang/rattle b/c the top of the springs are hitting side-pocket metal and aren't supposed to!!
Been there and done both.....
And it is a pain to re-seat a spring or two!!
