Red face 1969 Front disk

I would like to convert my power front drum brakes to power disk brakes, can I use the power bake booster, master cylinder and proportioning valve already in the car? The one in there is smaller/differen't than a factory disk brake setup.

Re: 1969 Front disk

Trakspeed, I put the ECI drum brake conversion kit on my 67 power drum car. You need a different master cylinder for front disk brakes. Also, a different porpprtioning, metering, and residual power. I went to the junk yard and got a gen 3 one for $10.00 with the bracket. I used the orginial brake booster. It works great and I saved over a $100.00.
