Smile What Master Cylinder to use

I have installed a four wheel corvette disc brake system in my 69 SS. I was told that I can use a standard GM dual chamber master cylinder from a 4 wheel GM disc brake car without any proportioning valve. Is that true and if so what GM car should I get it from? C-4 corvette? Gen III Camaro?

Professional opinion requested. Thanks

Re: What Master Cylinder to use

What year Corvette did the disc brake system come from? Pre-'75 Corvettes didn't use a proportioning valve at all - the proportioning was designed into the hydraulics from '65-'75 via smaller diameter caliper pistons in the rear.
