67 hub diameter?

i have a 1967 RS with disc brakes and i need to replace them because of a problem with the hub. well i have been looking of replacement ones but the ones i have found say they are a dia. of 5 3/4" or 6 1/2" hub. well i measured my hub and it looks to me like it should be around a 6" dia. im not sure if im not measuring it right or what. does anyone know what the diameter is? the wheels on my car are 14" stamped DA. thanks

Smile Re: 67 hub diameter?

If your disc brakes are stock, then you need a 2-piece rotor hub OR onna the new 1-piece cast rotor hubs to use with 4-piston calipers.

This is b/c the 4-piston caliper pads are radially wider than the single piston caliper pads so the hub has to be smaller in overall OD so the rotors OD still remains the same.

The later '69 one's use the big single piston calipers so are different b/c the hub OD is bigger around.
