Machining Center Caps

I am thinking about machining the center caps for my m90 option wheels for my 80 camaro. Those are the Camaor/Monte Carlo wheels. I have found the plastic ones on ebay but don't like how plain they are. I"m wanting to see if someone with a CNC machine could cut out a cap for me that would fit in the hole. The only problem with that is how is it going to stay in. IF i could do this I would paint the metal the same as the car and then air brush the Z/28 in.

Do yall think this would work.
