your honest opinon

Hey peep's, I have cragar s/s wheels on my 69. I am kicking around the idea of putting the cragar s/s spinners on them? Any likes, dislikes?

Re: your honest opinon

I have always pictured spinners on street rods. What width are they. If you have bigs on the back and skinnys on the front the fronts might look out of place. Ihave to say no.

Re: your honest opinon

Steve your street lingo "peeps" has everyone thinking of spinners as in dubs with spinners, spinner-rims etc... I think you are refering to a the center cap that makes the wheel look like it's a spin on wheel with a knock off. Cragar could have used a better name for that center cap...

Re: your honest opinon

I knew what you were talking about, I knew a guy that had them on his '68 back in the 80's. Did not like them back then either.

Thumbs up Re: your honest opinon

The only car that I liked w/ spinner hubcaps was the stock, '57 Chevy 2-Dr H/T Belair ones, w/ I wanna say, "three-bar" ones!!

Mighta been, "four-bar"?? It's been years...

Imho..
