3 way split

I'm still mulling over 3 options on some new wheels so my question is mostly weather the 3 I'm looking at will fit:

1. a set of torq thrust knock offs 17 x 8 4.5 bs with 235 45 zr17 & 17 x 9 5 bs with 275 40 zr17 $1140.00

2. polished tt II with kuhmos 17 x 7 4 bs 235 45 r17, 17 x 8 4,75 bs 255 45 r17 $1125.00

3. Old school selection tt II 15 x 7 4 bs 235 60 15, 15 x 8 4.5 bs 275 60 15 wheels $630, tires?

Will these combos all fit on a stock suspension 69? Thanks

Re: 3 way split

#2 would be my choice. They should fit...I just bought a similar set, smaller fronts & bigger rears though...my rears rub the exhaust pipe & I need to get new pipes bent, but other than that its a great fit. Mine are 275's instead of 255's, and on a 9.5" wide rim instead of 8" so I doubt you'll have that problem. See my post in the 'post your pics' sticky at the top of this forum to see it. Its purdy, but its a tight fit.

Oh, and my fronts are 225 instead of 235, but there's TONS of room around 'em still, so I don't think you'll have trouble with 235's.

Oh yes indeed...I'm as confused as you think I am.

Moultrie show? Where's that? If its local & I'm in town I'll try & make it. My car won't be there though...its not quite road ready...

Re: 3 way split

Forget #1 the rear backspace is too shallow - so is the front just not as bad. Do you really want 15s? If not the only choise is #2 which is still a compromise. My suggestion - wait save some more money and find something the fits within your budget.

Moutlrie Ga is the biggest car show and swap meet in Ga, its held 15 16 17 Nov. You can find everything there, it takes 2 days to see it all, go to map quest for directions.
