I question that backspace. 5.5" is considered the max backspace. As always, measure your own car.

1968 that started life and a 6 banger with a PG. Now it's a 350 with a TKO600, Moser 12 bolt, Speedtech LCA/UCA, ATS Tall Spindles, Hotchkis Springs, Forgeline ZX3P, C5 (Kore3) brakes with other cool stuff from Ron Davis, Vintage Air and soon to be Terminator EFI.

Re: Found these For Sale Will they fit my 67?

Im running some 18x10's with 5.75bs on my 69.Tires are also 275/40/18's. I needed to trim the fender lips but other than that fit is perfect! My car has a 2" front/3" rear drop. Biggest problem I see is the fronts. If your car is low the 4.5" bs and 245's will most likely rub. My first set of front wheels were 4.75bs and it rubbed bad. I ended up with 5" bs fronts and it still rubs some with a passenger in the car.

I thought the7 & 8 quarters were the same and the 9 is further out quite a bit. Point being they might fit a 9 but not a 7?

The 69's seem to have a bit more room but check out "streetfighter68's" car on Pro-touring.com. He has a 68 and is running 18x10's with 5.5" bs. Tires are even wider at 285/35/18.

That cars tubbed from the looks of it shocks are inboard a bit and it says it has DSE leaf springs, so prolly minitub kit as well

EDIT: maybe hes got the DSE springs and the shock mounts from them and springs inboard to be able to scoot the tire in more..

That car is NOT tubbed. All stock with rolled lips. The shocks have been relocated though.
