What spray can primer to use on rally wheels

What would be the better primer to use on sand blasted 15x7 rall wheels? I will be painting them with VHT polyurathane paint. I have some red oxide primer or zink oxide and wanted to know if either of these is a good primer choice?

I'm getting ready to do mine next week and I will be using self etching primer by Dupli Color. I have used it before for wheels and I know a few other people who have used it on their wheels and have had no problems with it.

I'll be using Eastwoods Argent Silver for the outside and the back I will be using Krylon Semi Gloss Black.
Eastwood sells a rally wheel kit for about $30.00 that includes their recommended black and the Argent Silver and it is enough to do (4) wheels. Here's the link.

I've always had good results with duplicolor rattle can primers.

I've used Dupli-Color on drums and calipers without primer. I simply scrubbed (and wire-cup brush), used Marine Clean, Metal ready, and then painted. Perfect!
