Re: Corvette Rims on a Camaro?

You can put them on a 2nd GEN and run P235's on the front and P295's on the back. Tight fit on the front and no rubs if you got the sub frame dialled right in.

Smile Re: Corvette Rims on a Camaro?

Stock on a '67 w/ 6" wide steel rims is a 2.25" out dish so therefore you need to put the width of the wider rim inside!

I have Pony-Car Bullitt's on my car that are 17" x 8" w/ a 5.72" b/s b/c I have worked my car over by installing 2-piece hubs that increase my front track by like 1-1/4" and have installed cheap 7/16" spacers along w/ only 225-45/17's in front.

Please do your homework here bigtime.

I honestly figure that just like old time's, b/c if I run out of front tire grip, I will kick her out using my throttle like I used to do fine back when I was young and you couldn'd kill me w/ a 45!!
