Rally wheel code

Sorry, probably been posted before but I don't have the time to search and read.

A set of wheels with the code: K-1-3 4 (valve stem) 26 FW

I know they're 15 x 7s but I get confused with the left hand code.

TIA!

Re: Rally wheel code

hello nandog,

the date code breaks down like this;

K = kelsey-hayes designation

1 = romulus,mi plant

3 = 1973

4 = the month of the year

26 = the day of the month

FW = the wheel code

That is a great list. I don't know about the other wheels but the "DA" wheels were also used on 67 non ss Camaros with disc brakes.

Re: Rally wheel code

FW code wheels are 15x7 Monte Carlo/Chevelle Ralley wheels. In this case that wheel is off a 1973 Chevelle or Monte Carlo. It was made April 26, 1973.

Re: Rally wheel code

Big Steve,
Your post is very informative. I believe however you missed 1967 Camaro RS without disc brakes. What are the correct wheel size and codes for this.
Thanks.
